1. Nature of Services (Channel Partner Disclaimer)

  • Independent Channel Partner: Signature One is an independent, authorized Channel Partner (Real Estate Broker/Consultant) for various real estate developers and builders. We are not the developer, builder, or owner of the properties being promoted.
  • Marketing & Facilitation: Our role is strictly limited to marketing, promoting, and facilitating introductions between prospective buyers and the respective builders. Any eventual property purchase agreement is solely between the buyer and the builder/developer.

2. Accuracy of Project Information and Marketing Material

  • Third-Party Data: All project details—including but not limited to floor plans, amenities, pricing, construction timelines, RERA registration numbers, and location advantages—are provided directly by the respective builders or sourced from their official materials.
  • No Warranty: While we strive to display accurate and up-to-date information, Signature One does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any project information displayed on our website, landing pages, or advertisements.
  • Verification Advice: Prospective buyers are strongly advised to independently verify all project details, legal titles, approvals, and RERA compliance directly with the developer or the appropriate regulatory authorities before making any financial commitments.

3. User Representation and Consent

By submitting your contact details (Name, Phone Number, Email) on any of our forms, landing pages, or Meta/Google Lead Ads, you explicitly agree that:

  • Accurate Information: You have provided true, accurate, and current information.
  • Consent to Contact: You grant Signature One and its authorized sales representatives permission to contact you via voice calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or email regarding the property you inquired about.
  • DND/NDNC Override: This consent overrides any registration on the National Do Not Call (NDNC) Registry or “Do Not Disturb” (DND) registries.
  • Developer Sharing: You authorize us to share your contact information with the specific builder/developer of the project you expressed interest in, enabling them to verify the referral and process your inquiry.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Signature One and its employees, partners, or agents shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our digital platforms.
  • Any financial loss, delays, defects, or disputes arising out of your transaction or contract with the builder/developer.
  • Any changes in property pricing, availability, or project cancellation by the developer.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Our Content: The design, layout, logo, and original marketing content generated by Signature One are the intellectual property of the Company.
  • Builder Content: All builder logos, project names, brand names, and artistic renderings belong to their respective developers. We use these assets solely for authorized promotional purposes.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

  • Submit fraudulent, false, or misleading information.
  • Use our platform or contact forms to distribute spam, malicious software, or unauthorized advertisements.
  • Attempt to scrape, copy, or replicate our landing page designs or proprietary marketing materials without written consent.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, our advertising campaigns, or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on this page. Your continued use of our website or services following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
